Pre-launch
Revenue cycle management, designed for software agents to run
Our design has software agents propose the work and written limits decide what is allowed, with every decision recorded.
Where we are today
- No customers yet
- Development uses synthetic data only
- No security attestation held yet
Agnodice is building an AI-native revenue cycle company for US medical practices. Software agents are designed to prepare and propose work such as denial triage and follow-up. Deterministic code is designed to check every proposal against written limits and to log every decision. We are pre-launch, we work only with synthetic data today, and the security page states what is and is not done.
Three principles
Code sets the limits
Written rules, not model judgment, decide what an agent may do: how much money, which payers, how close to a deadline. If a rule cannot be checked, the action is designed to stop.
Agents propose, code disposes
An agent reads a minimized case and proposes an action through typed tools. Deterministic code is designed to allow or refuse the proposal, and to say why.
Autonomy is earned, not assumed
Each agent is designed to start by only recording what it would do, and to move up a level only after measured outcomes support it.
Where we start
We plan to start with denial management and follow-up on unpaid claims.
Not in the first version
- First-pass medical coding
- Contacting patients
- Holding a practice's funds
Tell us about your practice
If denials and unpaid claims take real time at your practice, we would like to hear how. Please leave out patient information.
